Our Packs Described
Packs include all fabrics required to complete the quilt top, unless otherwise stated. Backing and wadding for each project can be provided on request.
Terms of Use
The terms, policies and conditions (collectively known as "Conditions") described below govern the use of this site (referred to as "Ann Hill - Quilter" or "site"). Your use and/or placement of any order indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Privacy
"Ann Hill - Quilter" does not keep any personal information. All our orders are processed through PayPal.com. Please refer to their terms and conditions pertaining to your transactions.
Privacy on Other Web Sites
Other sites accessible through our site have their own privacy policies and data collection practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy. "Ann Hill - Quilter" is not responsible for the actions of third parties.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of the offer to sell. "Ann Hill - Quilter" reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If we decide to not accept your order or if we do not have adequate stock to fill your order, we will contact you through the information you provided to PayPal to inform you of our decision.
Credit Cards
When ordering through PayPal with your credit card, please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
Personal Cheques
At this time, "Ann Hill - Quilter" does not accept web orders using personal cheques, other than deposits accompanying the class booking form.

Return Policy
We regret that we are unable to accept returns. If you find a flaw in the item you are sent, please contact "Ann Hill - Quilter" immediately and it will be replaced.

Classes
All bookings should be made by completing the booking form in the classes page and returning it, accompanied by a £5 deposit for evening classes or a £10 deposit for full day classes. The return address is:

These deposits are non-returnable if classes are not cancelled 7 full days in advance of the class taking place.
